Shipping Policy

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. (ET – Eastern Time, New York) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or during weekends, will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time

The processing time for an order is usually 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is usually 4–8 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While delivery times may vary, we always strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. This allows you to follow your shipment directly through our delivery partner’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

  • If a package is lost or undeliverable, we will resend the package free of charge. In the rare case that your order does not arrive within 60 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Missed Delivery or Post Office Pickup

If the courier is unable to deliver the package to your address and it is held at a local pickup point, it is your responsibility to collect it on time. If the package is returned to us because it was not collected or accepted, we reserve the right to deduct $15 from the refund amount to cover return costs.
